València reaches out
For Dídac Ballester
A while ago we where commissioned by valencian graphic designer Dídac Ballester to work on a Cyrillic version of the wordmark he designed for Patronat de Turisme de València, an institution which promotes València. His logotype is based on the typeface Bulo Rounded designed by Jordi Embodas in collaboration with Noe Blanco.
The Cyrillic version was a quite straight forwards process for us, given that it was a small piece of lettering already defined. We just had to draw it bearing in mind that we needed to re-work the proportions given that Cyrillic script tends to be more generous than Latin.
